Honestly, if we really think about it, he is getting at the core of how business relationships not only have evolved, but must continue to evolve.  Relationships are critical to future success, particularly for those of us in the front lines of sales offices in almost any industry.  I love the idea of a relationship consultant, especially if the image your business has needs a lot of help to move away from the traditional transactional model.
